This guide is prepared and disseminated to assist some of us who are having difficulty in obtaining the certificate of attendance for HOA 2026. The certificate of attendance can be obtained after you have completed the program evaluation form. These activites are to be carried out from within the ASH Meeting App (either android or iOS). Those using iOS based device should be pretty straight forward, but those using android based device may need some hacking which we are sharing here.
Step 1 – Complete Program Evaluation
Click on CME and Event Info
>> CME & Disclosures
>> complete the online program evaluation
You will be brought to a survey page.
>>Review and fill up for each of the activities. Until the To do: Complete the activity turns green into Done: Complete the activity
>>Dont fill Achieved Credit. Leave it default.
>>Activate the credit hour (0.5 or 0.75) and click Claim until to do: On credit claim turns green.
Repeat for all activities.
The last activity is where android based device users may face problem. The [claim] button including the [Get the certificate] button seems to be unresponsive.
Step 3 – Solution
If you are facing the above issue, here is the hack. Those button seems to be functioning in normal browser.

id=1744 probably the course ID for HOA. It is the same for everyone.
Login using passkey method using your email that was registered for HOA 2026.
Follow the steps until all the activities are green. Or if you are super honest, only click the activities you actually attended. It will not effect the certificate generation. You should get a certificate that appears like below.
