Please note that the Training committee for the MSH Haematology training programme now requires annual reports from Supervisors.
The template of the report can be downloaded from the Guidelines for Supervisors page in our website
Please email the report to mshoffice@haematology.org.my and it will be forwarded to the training committee.
Our secretary will be emailing Supervisors reminders in case they have not submitted their reports.
