This guide is prepared and disseminated to assist some of us who are having difficulty in obtaining the certificate of attendance for HOA 2026.\u00a0 The certificate of attendance can be obtained after you have completed the program evaluation form.\u00a0 \u00a0 These activites are to be carried out from within the ASH Meeting App (either android or iOS).\u00a0 Those using iOS based device should be pretty straight forward, but those using android based device may need some hacking which we are sharing here.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 Complete Program Evaluation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Click on CME and Event Info<\/span><\/p>\n

>> CME & Disclosures<\/span><\/p>\n

>> complete the online program evaluation<\/span><\/p>\n

You will be brought to a survey page.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

>>Review and fill up for each of the activities.\u00a0 Until the<\/span> To do: Complete the activity<\/span><\/strong> turns green into Done: Complete the activity<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

>><\/span><\/strong>Dont fill Achieved Credit. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>Leave it default.<\/span><\/p>\n

>>Activate the credit hour (0.5 or 0.75) and click Claim until to do: On credit claim<\/span><\/strong> turns green.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Repeat for all activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The last activity is where android based device users may face problem.\u00a0 The [claim] button including the [Get the certificate] button seems to be unresponsive.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2013 Solution<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If\u00a0 you are facing the above issue, here is the hack.\u00a0 Those button seems to be functioning in normal browser.<\/p>\n

Enter this URL in your browser:\u00a0 https:\/\/academy.hematology.org\/course\/view.php?id=1744<\/a><\/p>\n

id=1744 probably the course ID for HOA. It is the same for everyone.<\/p>\n

Login using passkey method using your email that was registered for HOA 2026.<\/p>\n

Follow the steps until all the activities are green.\u00a0 Or if you are super honest, only click the activities you actually attended.\u00a0 It will not effect the certificate generation. You should get a certificate that appears like below.<\/p>\n
