MSH EDUCATION FUND CALL FOR APPLICATIONS HOA\u2013ASH ASIA PACIFIC MEETING \u2013 REGISTRATION SUPPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Malaysian Society of Haematology (MSH) is pleased to announce a special Education Fund initiative to support member participation in the upcoming Highlights of ASH (HOA\u2013ASH) Asia Pacific Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In line with the objectives of the MSH Education Fund to promote professional development and knowledge exchange among members, the Society will provide limited financial support specifically for meeting registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SCOPE OF SUPPORT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selected applicants will receive support covering the HOA\u2013ASH meeting registration fee of USD 350.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This initiative covers registration fees only. Travel, accommodation, and other related expenses will not be supported under this scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Successful applicants will be required to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 complete their own meeting registration <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 submit proof of registration and payment receipt <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 claim reimbursement through the usual MSH Education Fund process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ELIGIBILITY<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 be a current MSH member in good standing <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 hold either Life Membership or Term Associate Membership <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 intend to attend the HOA\u2013ASH Asia Pacific Meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In keeping with the educational objectives of the Education Fund, priority may be given to trainees and early\u2011career haematologists who are less likely to obtain alternative sponsorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

APPLICATION PROCESS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members who wish to apply should complete the standard MSH Education Fund Application Form, which can be downloaded from the MSH website at the following link:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The completed form should indicate the applicant\u2019s intention to attend the meeting and confirm that alternative sponsorship for registration has not been secured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the number of applications exceeds the available slots, the Education Fund Committee will prioritise applicants based on the Society\u2019s usual Education Fund principles, including support for trainees, first\u2011time applicants, and members who have not recently received Education Fund support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

APPLICATION DEADLINE<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applications must be submitted by midnight, Sunday, 22 March 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members are encouraged to apply before the end of the stated deadline as late submissions will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Successful applicants will be notified after review by the Education Fund Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
