MSH Membership<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Those fulfilling membership criteria as outlined below are eligible to apply. All applications will be subjected to approval by the Society Council.<\/p>\n

All applications must be made through this online application portal (linked here)<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 Sign-up to apply.\u00a0 You are required to fill all the requested details including uploading images of supporting documents and referee reports.\u00a0 \u00a0Please read this guide<\/span><\/strong><\/a> first before proceeding.\u00a0 The two referees must be among MSH life members, both of whom must be personally acquainted with the applicant.\u00a0 This portal allows you to complete your application in stages.<\/p>\n

Once your application was determined to be in order, it will be forwarded for council approval by a majority vote.<\/p>\n

The secretariat will notify a new member with a copy of the rules and regulations of the Society.<\/p>\n

No person will be deemed to be an Ordinary, Life, Associate or Term Associate member until he\/she has paid his\/her entrance fee and the annual subscription payable on his\/her admission.<\/p>\n

Criteria:<\/h5>\n

    1. Medical graduates (non-specialist) who are undergoing training programmes in Haematology; i.e MPath (Hematology) <\/li>\n
    2. Medical practitioners who have an interest in Haematology<\/li>\n
    3. Scientific officers and Medical Laboratory Technologists who are trained in Haematology<\/li>\n
    4. Non-citizens of Malaysia who fulfils criteria for ordinary\/associate member is eligible to appl<\/li>\n<\/ol>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=\"Term Members\" _builder_version=\"4.27.0\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" open=\"off\"]

      After your application has been reviewed and approved by council,\u00a0 you will be informed by email AND ONLY THEN PROCEED TO PAYMENT.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      <\/strong><\/span>Please note that all new application will incur an entrance fee of RM20.00.\u00a0 If you are joining as ordinary member the total payment due is RM100 + RM20 = RM120.\u00a0 For the subsequent year, the fee is RM100 per annum.<\/p>\n

      Pay online<\/strong><\/span> after you receive instruction to proceed with payment - you must use the same name, email and phone contact number, in the online payment form as your MSH Application. <\/p>\n

      If you prefer to pay by cheque, all\u00a0 cheques must be crossed A\/C Payee Only and made payable to the \" Malaysian Society of Haematology \". An additional RM 0.50 is to be included for outstation cheques.<\/p>\n
