Trainees in Clinical haematology in Malaysia are now required to register with the MSH. Please download the form, fill it and submit to the secretariat.

Some details on the VIVA (from Dr. Puru):
For year 2009 THE EXAMINATION is VIVA based TWO PAIRS OF EXAMINERS.ONE PAIR will test on MALIGNANT HAEM and CLINICAL REVIEWS.
ANOTHER PAIR will test on NON MALIGNANT HAEM and LABORATORY aspects including BLOOD TRANSFUSION.The examiner may throw spot diagnosis slides.
The candidate will spend minimally 30 MINUTES with each pair of EXAMINERS.The examination will be held twice in a year.ONE in the FIRST QUARTER,another in the last quarter.Candidate will produce a letter stating THE PERIOD OF TRAINING INDICATING THE CANDIDATE ’s CAPACITY and EXPOSURE and RECOMMENDING the candidate to be fit to sit for the exams including a note of GOOD CONDUCT from the HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT.
