MSH/AFH 2010 meeting update

Comment first! »

Dear all,

Thanks to everyone’s contribution - organisers, speakers, sponsors, secretariat and the event organisers, the meeting was a resounding success.
As promised, the slides are now available for download from the Programme Section of the AFH 2010 website. The slides are in PDF format so you will need Adobe reader or some compatible software to view them. Please note that most but not all the lectures are available for download.
Photographs of the event are also available for viewing here

Regards

Alan Teh

Addendum: While Dr. Moreau was unable to come to the meeting because of the Volcanic Ash, he has been kind enough to provide use with the slides of his lecture on “Treatment advances in frontline myeloma and the management of elderly patients” which we have uploaded as well.

Website update: Ongoing clinical trials

Comment first! »

I have put up a new page which is located in the side bar where ongoing clinical trials can be added so that MSH members are aware and that centres can disseminate information for recruitment purposes. This link is visible only after you login to the MSH website.
If you have active trials, please email the secretary.

July 2006 Update

Comment first! »

I guess things have been relatively quiet naturally after the euphoria of MSH 2006.
I notice that registrants for the MSH website are only slowly trickling in. If you are a member of the MSH Mailing list, then you will receive all posts as email. However do please register with teh MSH website as tehre are more features and you can browse previous news postings. It’s very easy to register - please use the same email that you use for the MSH mailiing list though so we can identify you

Just click on this link to register with the MSH website if you have not done so before:

Website development:
We are in the process of trying to get Corporate sponsors for the website to generate revenue for the society. We also need to see more Informative pages for the website and I appeal for volunteers to come out with ideas and content. I suggest some pages like:
- History of the MSH
- Society Information (Objectives etc.)
- Training to be Haematologist
